Walter Whitehead
Financial Watch Dog
“Promoting Good Fortune & Protection Against Risk”
Walter, a Tibetan Terrier, is one of the newest members of Hutchison Whitehead family. Originating from Tibet, it is said this ancient breed was kept as “good luck charms and watchdogs.”
Standing at 15 inches in height and 27 pounds, this incredibly cute, sweet, affectionate Tibetan Terrier spends his time at home perched on a couch for hours watching out the window for any potential risk, letting out a deep bark to warn his loved ones should any risk be perceived. In the office, he uses his risk management skills to advise on a number of financial risk matters, of course metaphorically speaking, as he has not yet received his Series 7.
He does bring good fortune in unexpected, interesting ways. If you are lucky enough to witness it, you will receive the good fortune of laughter. You see, when he gets excited, he lets out the funniest combination of a sneeze and a snort … a quirk we affectionately call “schnarfing.” While sensitive by nature, he’s learned to accept his idiosyncrasies and join in on the fun!
We’ve requested Walter’s privacy so that he can study for his Series 7 license. But stop by the office and he’ll most certainly introduce himself. Be sure to rub his belly to obtain a little good luck.
Let's Get A Little More Personal
While I have a deep bark, I’m really just a softy. I am sensitive but have a great sense of humor. I’m reserved, yet affectionate. I have often been mistaken for the greatest and most iconic television character of all time, a compliment that I’m proud of.
Protecting my family and playing with my 4 favorite two-legged siblings.
I’m only 4 years old, but since I’m 34 years old in human life, I’d say play as much as you can, when you can … there’s plenty of time for rest when you get older.
“What I came to realize is that fear, that’s the worst of it. That’s the real enemy.”
