Dennis is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and principal of Hutchison Whitehead. He has over 50 years of experience in tax management and financial planning as a Certified Public Accountant.
His vocation began in 1976, founding W. Dennis Hutchison CPA where he remains active in the accounting profession. He has assisted clients in financial and estate planning, tax planning, corporate capital structuring and other traditional accounting advisory services. At Hutchinson Whitehead, Dennis’s responsibilities include direct client involvement, as well as overseeing the firm’s strategic planning and organizational structure, development of associates’ acquisitions, and mergers with like-minded financial organizations. His vision to consolidate various aspects of traditional financial planning services with practical tax and management experience has been incorporated into Hutchison Whitehead.
As a part of his extensive resume, Mr. Hutchison has had oversight responsibility for real estate development projects and business financial restructuring, served on corporate boards, held elected office and owned and managed a manufacturing facility.
